Severstal shareholders approve 84.45 rbl/shr in divs for Apr–Jun

MOSCOW, Aug 23 (PRIME) -- The shareholders of Russian steelmaker Severstal have approved paying 84.45 rubles per common share in dividends for April–June, the company said in a statement on Monday.

The record date is set at September 2.

Severstal paid 15.44 rubles per share, or 12.93 billion rubles, in dividends for April–June 2020.

In 2021, the company paid 46.77 rubles per share, or a total of around 39.18 billion rubles in dividends for January–March.
